Information Clause Regarding Personal Data

I inform you that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is ProAgro Eugeniusz Hentosz, located in Wołomin at Łukasiewicza 9 Street, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator; the Administrator conducts operations involving the processing of your personal data,
2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract and will be shared with entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, i.e., entities providing accounting, HR, IT services, and postal operators for the Administrator,
3. The legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
4. Providing the data is necessary to conclude the contract; without providing the data, it is impossible to conclude the contract,
5. You have the right to:
   • Request access from the Administrator to your personal data, their correction, deletion, or limitation of processing,
   • Object to such processing,
   • Data portability,
   • Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority,
   • Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
6. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling,
7. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to:
   • Secure or pursue possible claims of the Administrator,
   • Fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligations, e.g., resulting from accounting or tax regulations.
